I Had the Idea to Start Allocation Assist Middle East in 2015
How I had the idea to start Allocation Assist Middle East in 2015, left nursing in the UK, relocated to Dubai, and built a multimillion dollar business in the Gulf.
My journey into business was not accidental. It came from a strong desire to grow, to build something meaningful, and to create real impact.
What started as an idea has evolved into a business built on relationships, consistency, and long-term thinking.
When I first came to Dubai, I was starting from zero.
No network. No established business. No shortcuts.
I had to build everything from the ground up, understanding the market, making connections, and learning through experience.
It wasn’t easy, but it taught me one of the most important lessons in business: consistency always wins.
Dubai is a city built on growth.
It’s a place where people come to push themselves, to think bigger, and to create opportunities.
There is a strong “can-do” mindset here. Challenges are not seen as problems, they are seen as opportunities to evolve.
Being in this environment forces you to grow, both personally and professionally.
One of my biggest strengths in business is building genuine relationships.
Business is not just about transactions. It’s about trust, consistency, and long-term value.
I focus on showing up, delivering results, and building connections that last.
Over time, that creates a reputation that speaks for itself.
One of the biggest shifts in my approach to business came from understanding that sustenance comes from God.
It’s not tied to a specific client, deal, or opportunity.
This removes fear.
It allows you to make decisions with clarity, to take calculated risks, and to remain steady even during uncertainty.
Faith doesn’t limit business, it strengthens it.
As a business owner, you are in a position to create real impact. Your decisions affect people, your team, your clients, and the wider community.
Leadership is not just about growth. It’s about responsibility. It’s about setting a standard, leading by example, and building something that creates value beyond profit.
Business is not always easy. There are moments where you have to make difficult decisions, where things don’t go as planned, and where you are pushed outside of your comfort zone.
But those moments are part of the process. They build resilience, clarity, and strength. The key is to stay consistent, stay focused, and keep moving forward.
My vision continues to evolve. What we have built so far is just the foundation.
The focus is on expanding, creating more impact, and continuing to build something that delivers real value. Growth is not a one-time goal. It is a continuous process.
“When you truly understand that your sustenance comes from Allah, fear disappears from business.”
