Who I Am Today
I am the founder of Allocation Assist Middle East, based in Dubai, with a background in nursing and a strong focus on building meaningful, long-term connections within the healthcare sector.
My journey has taken me from North London to building a business in the UAE, driven by growth, purpose, and a commitment to creating real impact. What started as an idea has developed into a trusted network connecting high-calibre, Western-trained doctors with leading hospitals across the region.
Through Allocation Assist, I work closely with both doctors and hospitals, ensuring a high level of service at every stage, from initial contact through to relocation and beyond. The business is built on trust, consistency, and long-term relationships.

I believe in long-term thinking, building trust, and staying focused through challenges. Growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone and remaining consistent, even when things are uncertain.
Over time, I’ve realised that success is not built through short-term wins, but through showing up every day, making the right decisions, and continuing to move forward regardless of obstacles.

Faith is at the centre of everything I do.
My journey to Islam brought clarity, structure, and a completely different way of seeing life. It changed how I approach challenges, how I make decisions, and how I move forward.
It’s not something I separate from business or daily life, it’s the foundation behind it all. It influences how I lead, how I handle uncertainty, and how I continue to grow.
