When you truly believe in Allah, you understand that your sustenance is not coming from your employer or your clients; it only comes from Him. This is a truth I keep coming back to as I run my business. People and platforms are simply the channels Allah uses to deliver what He has already written for us. The more I sit with this, the calmer and more grounded in faith I feel, no matter what is happening around me.
That moment when you realize you forgot that this is just Dunya and we are all only here playing a game.
When you TRULY believe in Him, you will ALWAYS be protected and sustained.
Your Sustenance Only Comes From Him
The sustenance from your job or business is not coming from your employer or your clients; your sustenance only comes from Him.
Employers and clients are just the means. What is written for you will reach you through whatever channel Allah chooses, and what is not written will never come, no matter how hard you chase it.
Times of Uncertainty Become the Best Memories
When you look back later on, the times of uncertainty and adversity will be your BEST memories, when you play the game properly now (staying steadfast in your belief in God).
You will be rewarded and elevated later for it.
The hardest seasons of my life are the ones I now look back on with the most gratitude. They were the moments that built my faith and showed me what Allah is really capable of when I trust Him.
Feeling Secure, Energized, and Excited
With my solid routine and connection to Allah, I feel secure, energized, and so excited, not scared, I KNOW for a FACT something amazing is happening ALWAYS.
When your daily life is anchored in worship, fear loses its grip. The same uncertainty that used to drain me now feels like an invitation to lean closer to Him and watch what He does.
My Routine 7 Days a Week
Here are the things that keep me steadfast in my belief every day:
This is my routine 7 days a week:
- I wake up around 3 to 4 AM to connect with morning Barakah (I start getting ready for bed around 8:30 PM, I am asleep by 10 PM at the latest).
- I read the Quran every morning to stay steadfast and receive daily guidance from Allah.
- I exercise daily after Fajr or take a walk outside to raise my energy further.
- I maintain healthy eating habits to have high self-respect and confidence within.
- I perform all obligatory prayers on time to stay spiritually aligned throughout the day.
- I recite essential Dua every morning and night for protection against Shaytan and jinn.
- I recite Dhikr to myself throughout the day to further increase my connection to Allah and to remain steadfast and positive constantly.
- At Allocation Assist Middle East, I encourage my Muslim staff to pray on time, including Fajr (for my leaders it is a non-negotiable requirement).
None of these habits is dramatic on its own. It is the consistency of doing them every single day that builds the connection and the steadiness I rely on.
Have Fun in the Uncertainty
Have fun in the uncertainty and laugh at yourself when you start to get scared.
I laugh at myself all the time.
Taking yourself too seriously is a trap. When I notice fear creeping in, I remind myself this is just Dunya, smile at the absurdity of my worry, and turn back to Allah with a lighter heart.
Frequently Asked Questions
What Does It Mean That Sustenance Only Comes From Allah?
It means your salary, your clients, and every form of provision in your life are sent by Allah, not generated by the people who pay you. Employers and clients are the means, but the source is always Him. When you live with this awareness, you stop fearing people and start trusting Him completely.
Why Do You Wake Up At 3 To 4 AM?
To connect with the morning Barakah. The last third of the night is one of the most blessed times in Islam for prayer and Dua, and starting my day in that window sets the tone for everything that follows. To make it sustainable, I am getting ready for bed by 8:30 PM and asleep by 10 PM at the latest.
Why Are Daily Quran And Dhikr So Important?
The Quran gives me fresh guidance from Allah every single day, and Dhikr keeps my heart connected to Him in between the prayers. Together, they keep my belief steady, my thoughts clean, and my reactions softer with the people around me.
How Do You Handle Times Of Uncertainty?
With trust, routine, and a little humour. When you stay steadfast in your belief in God, the times of uncertainty become the best memories later because you can see how much He was carrying you. I laugh at myself when fear shows up, and I keep my routine going no matter what.
How Does This Routine Show Up In Your Business?
At Allocation Assist Middle East, I encourage all my Muslim staff to pray on time, including Fajr, and for my leaders it is a non-negotiable requirement. When the team is spiritually aligned, the work flows better, the Barakah is real, and the entire business benefits.
