As a Believing CEO or Business Owner, You Have the Power to Make an Immense Impact

If you are a believing CEO or business owner, this is one of the most powerful times to lead with faith. The energy you carry, the routine you keep, and the connection you have with Allah will shape your team, your business, and your industry. From my own experience, the more I stay anchored in prayer and a steady routine, the more Barakah enters every part of my work. The opportunity for believing leaders right now is enormous.

If you are a believing CEO or business owner, you have the power to make an immense impact right now.

Holding Energy Through a Solid Routine

The way I am able to hold my energy every day and run a productive team under any circumstance is with my solid routine.

With my solid routine and connection to Allah, I feel secure, energized, and excited, not scared. I know something amazing is happening.

Routine is not a restriction; it is what allows me to lead well regardless of what is happening externally. When the day is anchored, the mind is free to focus on what matters.

My Routine 7 Days a Week

This is my routine 7 days a week:

  • I wake up around 3 – 4 AM to connect with morning Barakah (I start getting ready for bed around 8:30 PM, and I am asleep by 10 PM at the latest).
  • I read the Quran every morning to stay steadfast and receive daily guidance from Allah.
  • I exercise daily after Fajr or take a walk outside to raise my energy further.
  • I maintain healthy eating habits to have high self-respect and confidence within.
  • I perform all obligatory prayers on time to stay spiritually aligned throughout the day.
  • I recite essential Dua every morning and night for protection against Shaytan and jinn.
  • I recite Dhikr to myself throughout the day to further increase my connection to Allah and to remain steadfast and positive constantly.
  • At Allocation Assist Middle East, I encourage my Muslim staff to pray on time, including Fajr (for my leaders, it is a non-negotiable requirement).

These are the same habits I keep coming back to, no matter what is happening externally. Each one is small on its own, but together they create the foundation that holds the entire business and my own steadiness.

I Can Tell If My Staff Are Doing Fajr

I can tell instantly by reading my staff’s energy if they are doing Fajr properly or not.

The presence of Fajr shows up in a person. The clarity, the calm, the focus, all of it is visible to anyone paying attention, and it sets the tone for how the day will go.

Practice Anyway, Even If You Are New

If you are in the early stages of accepting Islam, or even if you don’t fully understand the importance of the guidance that has been instructed through the Quran, I highly encourage you to practice anyway.

You will start to notice the difference in your life when you do the 5 prayers on time consistently every day.

The understanding deepens through the practice, not before it. Once you start showing up for the prayers, Allah begins to open your heart to the meaning behind them.

Telling Allah You Believe

You are basically telling Allah ‘I believe in you and trust you fully, no matter what is going on in the world, and I want to connect with you’ He will come running to you, and you will notice that He will start helping you in everything.

The more you let go, surrender, and trust Him and stop trying to control outcomes, the more straightforward life becomes.

This is the part most people miss. Surrender is not weakness; it is what unlocks the support of Allah in every area of your life and business.

Barakah for Our Organisation

In my experience, this routine and practice attract so much Barakah to our organization and my life.

As a community, I strongly believe that we can all support each other to raise consciousness in our networks and industries to further increase our protection and prosperity.

What I have built is not from my own hand. The Barakah Allah places in the company shows up in the team, the clients, the timing of opportunities, and the long-term resilience of what we do.

The Courage to Be the Example

Is daunting to be the example because most people are so scared about what other people think of them, but if you can find the courage to put all your trust and belief in Allah, He will reward you and elevate you in this life and the next.

The world is desperately seeking Allah.

Security, safety, protection, and sustenance can only come from Him.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.

People are searching, even if they will not say it out loud. A leader who is openly walking with Allah gives others permission to do the same, and that ripple effect is one of the most powerful things a believing CEO can offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why Do Believing CEOs Have Such an Impact Right Now?

Because the world is desperately seeking Allah, and most people don’t know where to start. When a leader publicly walks with faith, prays on time, and builds a business with God consciousness, it gives others a model to follow. That kind of leadership shifts entire industries.

How Does Your Routine Help You Run A Team?

It allows me to hold my energy every day and lead a productive team under any circumstance. The 4 AM wake-up, the Quran reading, the prayers on time, the Dua, the Dhikr, and the discipline around food and sleep all combine to keep me grounded so I can lead from a steady place.

Why Is Fajr Non-Negotiable for Your Leaders?

Because Fajr is one of the most important markers of a believer’s commitment to Allah. I can read instantly by my staff’s energy if they are doing Fajr properly or not. When the leaders are praying Fajr, the whole company carries a different quality.

What If Someone Is New To Islam Or Still Unsure?

Practice anyway. You will start to notice the difference when you do the five prayers on time consistently every day. The act of showing up tells Allah that you believe and trust Him, and He will come running to you with help in everything.

How Does Faith Affect Business Outcomes?

Surrender and trust unlock Barakah. The more you let go and stop trying to control outcomes, the more straightforward life and business become. The Barakah Allah placed in your work shows up in the team, the clients, the timing of opportunities, and the long-term strength of the company.
